Privacy notice

What we do

• Documents you approve are used only to answer questions for your own organisation. They are never used to answer another organisation's questions — every query is scoped to the organisation the signed-in user belongs to.
• Attestation, training-completion and audit records are retained for compliance-evidence purposes even if you later ask us to delete other data. This is deliberate: an attestation is a record that something specific happened at a specific time, and deleting it on request would defeat its purpose as evidence.
• AI features are not currently enabled. Grounded answers are produced by matching your own approved content directly — your documents are not sent to a third-party AI model.
• Sign-in uses one-time email links rather than stored passwords.
• Billing is processed by Stripe. KnowledgeTap does not store your card details.

Your controls

• An organisation administrator can remove a person's membership at any time.
• Contact dean@localboostdigital.co.uk to request deletion of a document, a membership, or an organisation-level erasure review. Required billing and compliance-evidence records may be retained even after such a request, as described above.
