Terms of service

These are plain-English commercial terms, not a substitute for independent legal advice.

  • KnowledgeTap helps organisations manage, evidence and review approved knowledge, onboarding, training and internal compliance activity.
  • KnowledgeTap does not guarantee legal or regulatory compliance, does not constitute legal advice, and does not certify your organisation against any external standard.
  • Answers are grounded only in documents your organisation has explicitly approved; where no approved material supports a question, KnowledgeTap says so rather than guessing. AI features are not currently enabled.
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe at the price shown for the plan you choose on the Plan page at the time of purchase, and can be cancelled at any time from your organisation's billing portal.
  • Larger organisation rollouts and managed implementation work are scoped and agreed directly with LocalBoost Digital and are not covered by the standard subscription plans.
